Step.1 Switch our phone .

Step.3 For going recovery mode .Click volume+ and power button and home button with same time.
Step.4 After click all button , automatic reach recovery mode. Phone screen not working.
Step.5 For down , up and click use volume+,- and power button.
Step.6 In recovery mode scroll down and click [ wipe cache partision]
Step.7 Click on yes option.
Step.8 Scroll the page and click on [ wipe data/ factory reset].
Step.9 Click on yes option.
Step. 10 Then the phone forwarding datas.
Step.11 Then reboot/restart your phone.
This is take few minutes.
